How do you feel about the weather recently?
For me, it is burning hot!

Although Malaysia is all time summer, but it might be windy during some season.
Recently, it's turn to a burning hot weather which totally difficult for me to stand under this weather!
Things Happen During Hot Weather:
x  Oily Skin
x Pimples
x Make up smudging
Although there are only 2 things I mentioned above.
But this two facts will definitely kill my mood when I was dating, outing or even eating!
Here I will provide some tips for you to stay cool and fresh even under the hot sun!

1. Prepare your sun block essentials
My sun block essentials is always simple.
I can't live without sunglasses when I'm walking under the hot sun.
The bright light will make my eyes close automatically and my face will become like a fish ball.
So, a proper sun glass for me is a must!
Also, sunblock is very important to protect my skin from sunburning! 

2. Waterproof make ups
Next, to stay cool must make sure your make up doesn't smudge when you start sweating.
Choose waterproof or oil proof make up to help you maintain a perfect make up even under the hot sun!

3. Clean your face regularly

Lastly, summer weather is hot and make me keep popping pimples out!

[Review] Kerastase Stimulating Scalp Treatment @ Number76 Salon

Visited Number76 Salon @ Northpoint MidValley City for my hair treatment.
I'm actually having scalp problem, so I decided to try out their scalp treatment instead of other popular treatment.
Emily was the hair stylist who served me.

She explained to me that our scalp is the most important part of our hair.
We need to keep it healthy in order to grow out strong and healthy hair.
She did a microscope analysis for my scalp to find out the problem of my scalp.

This is my scalp before the treatment start. (So Sorry if you feel "yuck" ><)  
As you can see, those thick and grey color material were the dirty stuffs which stuck on the hair forllicle, this will cause my hair grow thinner and weaker.


Emily also told that we need to change our parting constantly in order to not let the UV light hurt our scalp. 
The different was quite obvious as shown in picture :O

 After the microscope scanning, she intro me to try out the Kerastase Stimulating Scalp Treatment which manage hair loss concerns while stimulating new hair growth. Effective ingredients include Vitamin PP and B5 boosts blood circulation to energize roots, providing the optimal environment for healthy hair growth.

My scalp was so fresh and clean compare with the before picture shown.
Not only that, it provide me a cold feeling on my scalp after the treatment ended.

[Food] Nooks Bybakerdave @ Plaza Damas 3

Thx to Jen for the invitation.
I was one of the blogger to join the food review at Nooks by Baker Dave.
It was located at Sri Hartamas @Plaza Damas 3.
The location was pretty easy to find, you can spot it once you step out from lift.

Nooks by Baker Dave was start up as home bakery with their famous customized cakes.
 Now, they finally open a restaurant which serve breakfast, lunch, cakes, pastries and so on.

Main Dishes

 Nooks Duo - RM 13.90
2 soft buns with different fillings.
Scramble eggs, Tuna and cucumber.
Not forget to mention all of the buns and breads were homemade by Nooks.
They are not serving outside bread and promise to serve fresh homemade bread everyday :D
The bun is good, crunchy and soft at the same time with nice smell of sesame.
Mix with the scramble eggs and tuna fillings, a must order for breakfast.

Nooks Breakfast - RM 14.90
Freshly serve with chicken sausage, egg roll with turkey ham and cheese and 1 slice of toast with butter and jam.
Their bread will change accordingly since it is all homemade.
This fresh bread I tried is multi seed bread.
I'm a bread lover, I just can't forget the taste of their bread.
Apply with butter to enhance the taste of the bread.
Crunchy side and fluffy fill.
Yummy!!

Sesame Chicken - RM 16.90
If you are a vegetarian?
No worries, Nooks provide vegetarian foods too!
Sesame Chicken pasta was made by vegetarian ingredients.
The chicken was taste like the real one!
The sauce was an added point too, roasted sesame sauce.
I don't even know roasted sesame sauce can be use for pasta :P
I should cook more!

Spicy Carbonara - RM 16.90
Spicy cream sauce with turkey ham or chicken ham and shiitake mushroom topped with cheese and freshly cracked egg yolk.
I found out Nooks likes to serve spicy food.
But this carbonara is not spicy at all compare to their rendang chicken.
Hahah.




Rendang Chicken with Rice - RM 14.90
Spicy level is definitely up for people who can't stand for it.
But I'm a spicy people, so it was kinda delicious for me.
Their rendang chicken gave an obvious spiciness feels on your tongue when you first bite on it.
The rendang curry is not only spicy, but taste authentic as well.
Definitely my type of rendang <3 p="">

Nooks Pumpkin Chicken Curry with Rice - RM 14.90
This is the most recommended dish by Nooks.
Yes, pumpkin!
They use pumpkin as an ingredient to make a curry.
I think in their menu's most spicy dish is rendang chicken.
The pumpkin curry was taste a little sweet and spicy.

Nooks Signature Burger - RM 14.90
Homemade chicken patty with barbeque sauce, cheedar cheese and tomatoes on homemade wholemeal burger bun serve with french fries.


Desserts

Ultimate Chocolate - RM 10.90
Triple layers of dark chocolate mousse, chocolate fudge and chocolate cake.
I'm not sure is there any coffee ingredient in it.
It had a heavy coffee taste like tiramisu.

Mango Cheesecake - RM 9.90
Creamy cheese with Belgium mango pure.
Nice combination with mango.
The cheese wasn't too much and make people feel to try second bite. 

Drinks

Ice Honey Lime Juice
I forgot the price.
But it was really on time for my cough T__T
Feeling that my throat was refreshed by it.

Cucumber and Carrot with Honey Mustard Sauce
This was he special of the day which is not in the menu.
They served it as appetizer for us.
I'm falling in love with the mustard sauce.
Feeling healthy with this kind of eating habit.

[Review] Tsubaki Shine From Every Angle

Hello guys.
Today I'm gonna blog about a premium hair care brand Tsubaki.
Wish to blog about my Bangkok trip but the pictures are too messy and I don't know where to start T__T
So today just review about this hair care products.


Firstly, have you guys heard about TSUBAKI?
It is a "premium hair care brand" centers on making hair beautiful and shiny.
The main ingredient of this hair care products is Camellia Flower which pronounce as Tsubaki in Japanese.
Japanese Camellia oil has been responsible for the classic, legendary beauty of Japanese hair for centuries in Japan. 

Tsubaki is having 3 different range of products which are Shining, Damage Care and Head Spa.
What I received was the Shining range.

The packaging was impressing.
The whole range of Shining products is red in color.

The box include one Shampoo, Conditioner and Hair mask.
I can have better hair now *excited*

The main benefit of Shining range is to provide shine and moisture hair for the customers.
The shampoo helps hair to achieve greater volume, leaving it smooth while the conditioner further helps to smooth and moisturize individual strands after shampoo. Lastly, the hair mask in blended with ingredients of continuous treatment where hair is moisturized to the tip within the first application. Hair will have a lustrous shine all day long due to the continuous moisturizing effect.

- Arginine: Natural amino acid that found to be a melanin cavity repair ingredient that will visibly boosts the health and appearance of our hair.
- Camellia (Tsubaki) Oil: Provide smoothness and soften effect to the hair fiber which allow it to have beautiful reflection with shine.

Texture

Tsubaki Shining Shampoo
The texture of Tsubaki Shampoo is slightly different than other shampoos. It is more watery texture and the scent is just so attractive even I just pumped out a little bit.

Tsubaki Shining Conditioner
I find out that Tsubaki Shining range is more on watery texture. Even the conditioner is not as thick as other conditioners.

Results

Besides that, Tsubaki shampoo's provide and instant effect for my hair.
Before I using it, my hair was really dry and become brown color.
My hair color was deeply black when I dyed. T___T
After I used Tsubaki Shampoo, my hair was instant moisture by it and become more shine and soft compare with before.
Can't believe that I this is the result after I used for one day. :O
Maybe my hair is more soft and thin, so it could be absorb instantly.
Th result is different based on your hair condition :D
Btw, I really love my soft and shiny hair now XD
